Trying to create a sleepy gimp style story, is this punishment too hard? (Art by 0formant0)

I'm thinking about a sleepy gimp-style story and would like to know if people think this punishment would fit into the sleepy-universe or if it is to hard/extreme.

Short story about the art:

One night, while she was on her way home alone, Joana was captured by an unknown woman. Her new owner now keeps her in a dungeon deep beneath her house. Joana was turned into Stinky, a gimp that is bound, gagged and diapered 24/7. This scene takes place as Stinky is fed by her new owner for the first time.
