Is this comic “loli” in your opinion?

I sent it to my bf not thinking much abt it, but he said that the "size difference made it seem sus" and i kinda felt a bit ashamed. I tried looking at the artist's FA, and I couldn't find any indication that the artist was some kinda sicko or anything, or anyone questioning that. So im curious if that point actually has any merit or not, or if its just dumb
