Progressing policy: how do self-posts work here?

You can submit them, so I assume they're ok. I like this idea and it gave me one all of my own. How about an audible comic? If anyone wants to colab a project, I can make the characters say things if someone wants to draw the frames. Kinda like this but better.

EDIT: Prodding around, the CSS could use a little work (announcement banner is overtop of my username and inbox links, sidebar has a scrollbar, etc) but I like the header image.
