Something I learned when modding. Try launching the SKSE instead of the game itself. When you run SKSE, it launches the game. I did this and it got rid of that message. If you are launching the SKSE, and it does this, I don't know.

If this confuses you, what I mean is this. Instead of clicking on Skyrim to play the game, click on SKSE to play the game, if you aren't doing that.

EDIT: Please disregard this as a potential solution! I didn't read the entire message prompt! Though, you still want to do this if you aren't.

when installing SKSE be mindful of the version you are using you can only use SE/AE versions of mods btw, just so you know

Also when installing mods always read the instructions or support pages for said mods and retrace your steps before doing so. Do stuff in stages because if you do everything at once you are going to be left with something you cannot pull yourself out of easily and you will be overwhelmed

You didn't actually ask a question, so I'll assume you're wondering "what should I do next?"

The answer to that question is: click the "yes" button.

Then remove the mods it's complaining about.
