/r/showerbeer had always been a bit of a jokey subreddit but the people there knew how to have fun, it wasn’t about the nudity it was about doing something silly and sharing it with like minded people and nothing was more ridiculous than drinking a beer in the shower, one evening a group from the website decided to get together and share a video call whilst partaking in there most bizarre of past times, they all carefully set up there cameras so the screen would show there arms and beers whilst they were in the shower but nothing else, it was set to be a fun time and everyone was looking forward to it.

As the video call began the groups arms flickered into view on there phones or laptops, there was Wilsons hairy arm holding a Guinness, John’s skinny arm with a Fosters in hand, Stella had a Stella of course and Jayla had just grabbed some random beers from the shop, even she didn’t know the brand, as the group spoke, drank and showered it was clear they were all having a fantastic time filled with laughter and madness.

As the evening progressed Jayla had ended up sitting on her shower floor, she grabbed a new beer, cracked it open and held her arm up to show everyone whilst cheering, her fellow shower beer buddies all cheered with her as her drink appeared on there screens, then without warning and for no reason Jayla’s phone slid ever slightly, ever slightly but just enough so that now rather than showing everyone only her arm holding a beer it was showing them her full body sat there under the cascading water, boob’s and all, her half drunken glee quickly turned to red faced embarrassment, everyone fell silent as Jayla dropped her beer and scrambled for her phone, quickly grabbing it and pointing the camera away, everyone was awkwardly quiet until Wilson came out with one of his typical jokes and the group broke into laughter, Jayla was put at ease and she repositioned her phone much more securely before jumping back in the shower, this would become a memory the new found friends would look back on and laugh.
